This Saturday 15 th April... Hangfive will present some cool projects made by amazing people that are part of the portuguese  "surf culture"...

 



Settember Surf \\

Settembre Surf crafts surfboards and accessories for those exploring kilometers of coastline in the weekends. Blending the classic elements of surfing heritage with modern design and experimental craftsmanship, we serve those who are willing to leave their minds at land and share the true mediterranean stoke.

Fly Blck Bird \\ 

Fly Black Bird is a new brand of surfboards, created by the graphic designer Pedro Falcão. It’s a project based on the creation of unique boards, designed, painted and built by hand. The creative direction of this brand has foundations in the past, with eyes pointed to the future “The Past Shapes the Future.” It is also a contribution to the community and the culture of surfing in Portugal. The production of these boards is limited, and it’s a slow and accurate production, made ​​in the finest materials available in the market.

Lizzy Artwork \\

Portuguese surfer girl, borned in France, but now living in Peniche - Portugal. She is  developing some illustration work inspired by the sea.   "Surf & Soul Illustration", because it shows a closer eye to the surf and the ocean.  A mix of folk, Bohemian, Sailor style, patterns are also presented in her work  lately, mandalas, american indian representations, feathers, birds, geometric figures....

Ananasasana \\

Miguel Constantino, french-portuguese musician, sound engineer, and photographer. AnAnAsAsAnA is his own playground, an artistic platform, where he make his stuff . His  phone is only a phone, All the photos here were shot on film (35mm or 120 format) before being pixelised.
